Accessibility matters when someone is comparing services, reading technical information or trying to contact us. We want the MCI Network Services website to be usable without requiring a particular device, input method or level of technical experience.
Our accessibility objective
Our objective is to work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2, at Level AA. These guidelines provide a framework for making content easier to perceive, operate and understand, including for people who use assistive technology.
That objective is not a statement that every page already conforms. A complete accessibility assessment of the finished website has not yet been completed. We are not claiming certification or full conformity based on an automated score.
What we are working to support
Our design and content work considers keyboard operation, visible focus, readable contrast, understandable page headings, meaningful link text and clearly labelled forms. Text should remain usable when enlarged, and layouts should adapt to smaller screens without hiding essential information.
Technical diagrams and images need descriptions that convey their purpose. Where a diagram is important to a decision, its explanation should not depend on colour alone. Decorative imagery should not interrupt the reading order or obscure the page’s message.
Current assessment position
The website is being built and its service content is being added in stages. We have not yet verified every page, form state, download and browser combination with assistive technology. We therefore cannot provide a complete list of tested limitations or claim that no barriers remain.
Once that assessment has been completed, this statement will be updated with its scope, date and material findings. Automated checks can help identify issues, but keyboard testing, screen-reader testing and review of real tasks are also important.
Report a problem or request another format
Email admin@proxar.co.uk with the page address, the task you were trying to complete and a description of the problem. Details of your browser, device or assistive technology can help reproduce it, but you do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
Tell us how you would prefer us to respond and whether you need the information in another format. If the website form itself is inaccessible, email is an alternative. We will consider a practical way to provide the information and explain the next steps; we do not require you to use the inaccessible feature to report it.
External resources and continuing improvement
Some links lead to vendor documentation or other organisations’ websites. We do not control those services, but a difficulty accessing a resource we recommended is still useful feedback. Where possible, we will help identify an alternative explanation or route to the information.
Accessibility needs to be considered when new pages, images, forms and downloads are introduced, not just when the design first launches. This statement was prepared on 21 October 2026 and will be revised when the site’s testing status changes.
