Terms and Conditions

Read the terms for using the MCI Network Services website, including business information, intellectual property and the limits of website information.

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the MCI Network Services website. They explain its purpose, how you may use it and what happens when you send an enquiry. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, support agreement or data-processing agreement.

About the website operator

Proxar Limited operates MCI Network Services. It is registered in England and Wales under company number 06744401. Its registered office is Unit 1, 205 London Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1DW. MCI Network Services is its specialist networking brand. It is not a separate incorporated company.

For questions about these terms, email admin@proxar.co.uk or write to the registered office. For a general project enquiry, use the website’s enquiry form.

Website information and professional advice

The site describes our Cisco and Meraki network services and explains related technical topics. It helps businesses consider their needs and start a discussion. General website content cannot confirm that a design, feature or setting is right for your own network.

Supported features, licences, capacity, software support and availability can change. A technical example is not an instruction to change a live system. First assess the change, obtain approval, take suitable backups and prepare a recovery plan. Advice about your own network is part of the scope agreed separately with you.

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate. Errors or out-of-date details may still occur. Please tell us if you find one. If a decision depends on a specific feature, check the vendor’s documentation and the terms of your engagement.

Enquiries, quotations and service agreements

An enquiry does not buy a service, book an engineer or create a support contract. An acknowledgement or technical discussion does not mean that an order has been accepted. The exception is where it expressly records an agreement made by an authorised representative.

The commercial documents set the scope, outputs, fees, service hours, response targets, duties and limits. A general mention of support, resilience or monitoring does not promise a 24-hour service in all cases. It does not promise an on-site arrival or a fault fix within a set time.

UK-wide coverage means we welcome enquiries from across the UK. Remote work, site visits, travel, access and change windows depend on the actual job. This site does not change an existing customer’s agreed route for escalation or emergency support.

Using the website responsibly

You may use the site for lawful business research and genuine enquiries. Do not pretend to be someone else or send false or unlawful material. Do not disrupt the site, introduce malicious code or try to access systems or data without permission.

Security research needs the right written permission. A public website, security email address or description of our services does not grant it. None permits scanning, exploitation or disruption of our systems or those of customers or suppliers. To report a suspected flaw, use the route in Security and Data Protection.

Materials and intellectual property

Applicable intellectual-property rights protect the site’s original text, layouts and MCI artwork. Unless an item has a different licence, you may read it and keep reasonable copies for your own internal business review. Keep the source credits and notices with those copies.

That permission does not allow commercial republication, resale, removal of source credits or use that misstates the source. Ask before reusing substantial content or brand artwork. Other owners’ documents, software, images and trademarks remain subject to their rights and any relevant licence.

Product names identify the technology we work with. Naming Cisco, Meraki or another vendor does not grant a licence to use its logo. It also does not mean the vendor runs this site. See Trademark Acknowledgements.

Links, availability and changes

We include external links where they may help readers. We do not control another site’s content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not a general endorsement of everything on that site.

The site may be updated, moved for a time or unavailable during maintenance or an incident. Access to this public site is separate from any uptime or support commitment in a customer agreement.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the site will always work without interruption or error, or suit every purpose. You remain responsible for assessing its information before using it to change your systems. The relevant service agreement addresses responsibility for services we supply.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing removes rights that applicable law makes mandatory.

Privacy, governing law and updates

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and use browser technologies. Sending an enquiry does not, under these terms, give consent to optional tracking or unrelated marketing.

The law of England and Wales governs these website terms. Its courts have jurisdiction. This is subject to mandatory rights that let a person rely on another applicable law or court. A separate service agreement may set its own rules for disputes.

We may update these terms for future use of the site. A website update does not silently change an existing service contract. Prepared on 21 October 2026; wording reviewed on 26 October 2026.
