These Trademark Acknowledgements explain the technology and organisation names used on the MCI Network Services website. Our brand is MCI Network Services. References to other brands identify the systems we work with or the organisations involved in a customer’s requirements.
Cisco and Meraki
Cisco, Meraki, Catalyst, Nexus and other Cisco product names referenced on this website are trademarks or registered trademarks belonging to Cisco and its affiliated companies. Other names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
We use technology names descriptively when explaining network design, installation, troubleshooting and management services. MCI Network Services is not a Cisco-owned website. A vendor relationship does not transfer ownership of the vendor’s trademarks, make every item of our advice a vendor-approved statement or extend a vendor warranty beyond its terms.
Any partner-status statement or badge must be understood by reference to the legal business and current programme entitlement concerned. The word partner describes the relevant commercial programme relationship; it is not a claim that MCI and the vendor form one legal entity.
Financial-market providers
References to CME, CME Group, ICE and Intercontinental Exchange describe client-side connectivity work and coordination with providers on customers’ behalf. They do not state that those organisations are our customers, endorse our services or have appointed MCI as an official partner.
Those organisations retain ownership of their names and marks. Networking support does not confer exchange membership, authorise redistribution of market data or replace the customer’s licensing and entitlement arrangements with a provider.
Other vendors and materials
References to other networking, security and cloud technologies are also descriptive. Compatibility depends on the actual products, supported versions, licences and design. Naming a vendor is not a blanket compatibility guarantee or a claim to hold a certification from that vendor.
Third-party logos, documentation, software and images remain subject to the owner’s rights and applicable permissions. Availability of an image on this website does not grant visitors permission to copy or modify it. Our own branding and original website material are addressed separately in the website terms.
